I hope you all are well. So guys, from my first beauty care article I talked about my favorite face wash, cleanser and face scrub that I use. In the second article I wanted to talk about some of my favorite aloe vera gel I am currently using and the benefits of aloe vera. Let's see what it is.

Many women use aloe vera in their beauty care. Aloe vera is also a local herb. Aloe vera is also used in medicine and cosmetic. Let me first tell you about the benefits of aloe vera as a beauty care product.

• Aloe vera gel can be used on any skin, be it dry, oily or combination skin, without any problems.

• Aloe vera gel can be used by anyone with sensitive skin as well as anyone with acne to reduce and cure acne. Those aloe vera gels are better than natural ones. Or even a store-bought aloe vera gel is no problem. It can be chosen according to your like.

• Aloe vera gel can also be used to whiten dark spots caused by acne and can be used continuously for about four to five weeks to get good results.

I use a commercially available aloe vera gel. Because the aloe plant I planted was still small. I use aloe vera gel for all of the above. Aloe vera gel can be used on the face as well as the body. Aloe vera gel is one of the best creams for dry hands and feet.

This is the aloe vera gel I use. The main ingredient is aloe vera. It also contains Vitamin E, Almond Oil and Olive Oil. This has a very mild scent. Also this aloe vera gel is white. I have seen some green aloe vera gel available for sale in the market. But natural aloe vera is white. Some aloe vera gels are green because of the color added to make them green. I think it's better to buy white aloe vera gel than green aloe vera gel. Because you don't have to pay money to buy something bad. I always buy White Aloe Vera Gel. This is the green one on the bottle I use. In this aloe vera gel is white. I love using this product.

Now let's see what are the other benefits of aloe vera gel.

• Aloe vera is widely used as a medicine for gastric. In case of inflammation of the stomach, eating a small amount of aloe vera can quickly eliminate that discomfort.
