Hello ladies,

Today I came up with another interesting handi craft. You all know that I love making craft items. So this time I made a dream catcher. I will share how I made it with you.

Method

The first thing is to take a paper and fold it into six parts horizontally. Then I cut the strips. After that I rolled the paper strips and made some paper rods by using glue. Then let it dry. You can see it in the below Image.

Then I took the cardboard paper and cut a circle from that. I used two plates to draw the two lines in the circle. You can use a compass if you have. The size of the circle depends on the size you wish to have the dream catcher.

Then I took the other color papers I have and I cut them into squares to make a design.

I took a paper with an area of 12 cm. Then I folded into strips and cut them out. I got 12 equal pieces from both blue and white colours.

Then i pasted the edges of the squares by taking the diagonal sides. It takes a bit of time to harden if we use normal glue. If you wand to dry it soon you can use a glue gun.

In the next step I started to paste the small cylinder shape designs I made on the cardboard circle. I pasted those by changing the colours. To paste the cylinders I used a fabric glue. It is good to use a hard glue as it easily sticks the cylinder shapes. Then I let the full circle to dry for about 10 minutes.

Then it is the time to paste the paper rods. I turned the paper circle upside down and cut the paper rods to fit the actual length of the circle. I pasted 6 rods horizontally and once they get dried I pasted 5 other rods to get the design of a net.

The image below shows the final look of the circle of the dream catcher. The hangings of the dream catcher should be pasted once the dream catcher is fully dried.

Then I did the hangings for the dream catcher.

I took 4 paper strips and then I decorated the strips with same Cylinder shaped pieces. I pasted them and then completed the dream catcher.
