Hello everyone this is Monz from India hope you people are doing great and enjoying your days happily. I am here today with my Contest Post of Healthy Recipe and I would like to invite @rialifestyl and @ruchhi to participate in this contest .Today's Healthy Recipe of mine is Dosa with Sambhar and Chutney. Yesterday we had a small family gathering at my maternal uncle @rkorganic 's house and so I prepared the Dosa and it was too much fun even my aunt helped me in the preparation .
DOSA
Dosa is basically a South Indian dish prepared with Rice and Black Gram and its eaten with Sambhar and Chutney . Dosa is an easy to digest and a very healthy dish as its contains less oil ( until or unless you don't prefer adding too much oil or butter) . People generally Keeps on experimenting with the stuffing of Dosa like Chilly Paneer stuffing , mashed potato stuffing , Cheese Delight dosa etc.
Let's now move to the process of preparing Dosa
INGREDIENTS OF 10-15 DOSAS 🍲🍽️
2 Cups of rice
1cup of Black Gram
Salt according to taste
3 -4 Cups of water
Mashed potatoes and veggies for stuffing
Steps for Preparing Dosa
In the first step take 2 cups of rice and one cup of black gram soak it in the water for 14 to 15 hours until the rice and black gram becomes soft. Then drain the water and grind it adding 2-3 cups of fresh water until it becomes a soft dough and add salt according to your preference . Let the batter ferment for 7-8 hours and mix them well to form a smooth consistency as shown in the image below:

The next step is prepare the stuffing of mashed potato mixed with veggies like capsicum , carrot and onions etc. We don't prefer eating too much potato so I justed made the stuffing of sliced onions and tomatoes. Then take a pan heat it properly on a low flame and then add some oil or butter and then pour the batter and spread it properly in the shape you like we generally make round dosas as shown in the picture as well as the video given below

On a low flame let the dosa bake properly and turn it once it get a little brownish shade as shown in the video . Keep in mind prepare the Chutney and Sambhar before making the Dosa (I have already given the recipe of Chutney and Sambhar in the Previous Post) So here I have already prepared the Chutney and Sambhar before hand

Once the Dosa gets ready pour the stuffing on the top and serve it hot Sambhar and Chutney . You can prefer my style of serving if you want 🤣 just joking .
