Hello my great female friends in this beloved community!
Before I want to say "Happy New Year", for all steemian friends at @steemwomensclub. We wish you all good health and happiness in this new year. My best regards to Founder @steemwomensclub @smv038, and also to @nadiaturrina, representative from Asia.
Today the weather in our city is very cold. It has been raining since morning, even so the activities of housewives must continue. Today I will share, Aceh stir-fried oysters, or what we call "Phep". I bought the oysters from the merchant who passed in front of the house. One pack costs Rp. 10,000,-. I haven't cooked oysters for a long time, even though the kids really like it, but the cholesterol content is very high.
Oysters are a type of seafood, which is rich in important minerals that the body needs such as iron, calcium, potassium and other vitamins. The benefits of oysters for our bodies are:
Prevents anemia, helps replenish lost vitamins and nutrients, boosts the body's immune system and maintains heart health.
Well I will share the ingredients and how to make it. The following ingredients need to be prepared:
- Oysters that have been washed and covered with salt and lime
Ground spices :
- 12 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 2 hazelnuts
- 6 sunti acid
- 1 segment of turmeric
- all ingredients are puree
Chopped Material:
- 2 cloves of red onion for frying
- 5 green chilies
- 1 diced potato
How to make :
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then add chopped red onion
- add seasonings with oysters
- add green chilies and curry leaves, along with potatoes
- stir until the spices are absorbed
- add a little water for the gravy
- wait 15 minutes, Aceh stir-fried oysters are ready to be served.
That's my cooking for today. If a stemian friend wants to make it, please follow the recipe I share. It's easy isn't it? And best eaten with rice that is still hot. See you soon🤗.
