A Healthy Dinner Recipe

Hello dear Steemit Women ladies.
For a while, I couldn't prepare a post as I wanted due to my busy work. Today I wanted to prepare a post with a special recipe for you.

The recipe I will give in my post is actually not a dish I make often. But you know that we are in the summer months and we are trying to pay attention to what we eat for both our health and physical appearance.
You can eat the food you will prepare with the recipe in my post today, as much as you want. It is very healthy and very low in calories.
After giving this much information, I can now start to tell you my recipe that you have been waiting for.

Our meal is flourless zucchini pie. Is it possible to make a pie without flour? is happening. It's also awesome.

Ingredients for our pastry:

  • zucchini
  • dill grass
  • Fresh onion
  • Egg
  • Feta cheese
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

    First, I took the cheese into a deep bowl. Then I finely chopped the spring onions and dill. I also grate the zucchini.

    I added all the ingredients I prepared in order to the bowl containing the cheese. I also added the eggs and seasonings to the bowl.
    I used salt, but if your cheese is salty, you may not use salt.

I mixed all the ingredients well with a spoon. I poured the mixture I prepared into the greased baking tray.

I cooked my pastry in a preheated 200 degree fan oven for 25 minutes. Since each oven will have a different cooking method, I will recommend you to cook in a controlled way. I realized that my pastry was ready when it was browned.

I also prepared a sauce for my pastry. I added garlic to the strained yogurt as a sauce. Of course I had to add some water to my sauce. I preferred strained yogurt because I think strained yogurt is more delicious.
I would also enrich my presentation with tomato slices. Tomatoes also went very well with my zucchini pastry.
