Hello girls from SteemWomen Club, today I bring you a vase made with recyclable materials, this is my entry for this week's contest Steem Women Club Contest #11 'RECYCLING' | TIME TO TRANSFORM ! BIG AWARDS , a beautiful initiative so let's give useful life to those things we have to throw away, in my case I will make a nice vase from a soda bottle, newspaper and an egg carton, so let's recycle and take care of our environment that needs our willingness to help and stop so much pollution.

Hola chicas de SteemWomen Club, hoy les traigo un florero echo con materiales reciclables, esta es mi participación para el concurso de esta semana Steem Women Club Contest #11 'RECYCLING' | TIME TO TRANSFORM ! BIG AWARDS , una hermosa iniciativa así que vamos a darle vida útil a esas cosas que tenemos para desechar, en mi caso haré un lindo jarrón a partir de una botella de refresco, periódico y un cartón de huevos, así que a reciclar y cuidar nuestro medio ambiente que bastante necesita de nuestra disposición para ayudarlo y frenar tanta contaminación.

Step by step/Paso a paso

Cut off the top of the bottle, moisten the newspaper with water, add glue to the whole container, and glue the newspaper, in a small container add a little water and glue, with a brush pass it through the bottle once the newspaper is glued and let it dry.

Cortar la parte de arriba de la botella, humedecer con agua el papel periódico, agregar pega a todo el envase, e ir pegando el periódico, en un pequeño recipiente agregar un poco de agua y pega, con un pincel pasarlo por la botella una vez pegado el periódico y dejar secar.

When the first layer is dry add again glue and chop small pieces of newspaper and go pasting, this to give more texture, as the previous procedure brush with water and glue. Let dry.

Cuando este seca la primera capa agregar nuevamente pega y picar pequeños trozos de periódico e ir pegando, esto para darle mas textura, al igual que el procedimiento anterior pincelar con agua y pega. Dejar secar.

Once dry paint with cold paint, in my case I used yellow, let dry and I went back to pass the brush with water and glue to give it shine, I had my vase now make the flowers to decorate.

Una vez seco pintar con pintura al frió, en mi caso use amarilla, dejar secar y le volví a pasar el pincel con agua y pega para darle brillo, ya tenia mi florero ahora hacer las flores para decorar.

I cut the wavy part of the egg carton, made small cuts to make the petals, then shaped them, painted and let them dry. With the vase and the flowers ready to start decorating.

Corte la parte mas onda del cartón de huevo, le hice pequeños corte para hacer los pétalos, luego les di forma, pinte y deje secar. Con el florero y las flores listos para ya comenzar a decorar.

Decoration /Decoración

To put on the edge of the vase use the cardboard, with a round top give it a wave shape to make it look nicer, paint after the paint is dry glue it on the vase.

Para poner en la orilla del florero utilizar el cartón, con una tapa redonda darle una forma de onda para que se vea mas bonito, pinte después que se seco la pintura lo pegue en el florero.

Start gluing the flowers in the vase, then paint leaves and highlight with marker, and I had my vase ready.

Comenzar a pegar las flores en el florero, luego pintar hojas y remarcar con marcador, y ya tenia listo mi florero.

Reciclar es una labor muy hermosa es darle una nueva vida útil a cosas que vemos como desechos crear verdaderas obras de arte a partir de basura esto nos ayuda a:

• Preservar el medio ambiente, reduciendo el calentamiento y la contaminación.
• Disminuye la basura, si todos recicláramos se reduciría significativamente las basuras que van a nuestros mares, lagos y ríos que matan a miles de especies acuáticas .
• Ahorramos dinero.
