Today here in @steemwomensclub with my another post about a Healthy Recipe...
I want to share a Momo's recipe with you ...
So let's start....
Ingredients
For Dough
Plain Flour. | 1/2 tsp. |
---|---|
Salt. | 1/2 tsp. |
Water for kneading
Oil Using For Greasing
For Stuffing
Spring Onion. | 4 tsp. |
---|---|
Carrot. | Grated 1cup. |
Ginger. | Finally chopped. |
Cabbage. | 2cup. |
Black pepper. | 1tsp. |
Salt. | 1/2tsp. |
Garlic. | Finally chopped. |
Cloves. | 3. |
Instructions for Making Momo's 👇
Firstly,we are preparing our stuffing ..
Take a pan and add 3tsp of oil clove, garlic,ginger and 2 chilli...
Now add 2tsp of chopped onion and carrot, cabbage and fry on a high flame.
Time to add black pepper and salt when it's become saute...
Step2
Pinch a small amount of ball sized Momo's dough and flatten.
Now dust some plain Flour on your counter and start rolling and make a perfect round size.
Make sure your roll from sides and keep the slightly thick.
Now put 1tso of stuffing in Center.
Press the center and seal the most very carefully..
Make a perfect Momo's shape..
Set the Momo's on steamer ..And all Momo's put in steamers without touching each other.
Steam all Momo's 10-12 minutes when it's till shiny brown it's mean done.
And after few minutes Momo's are ready...
And it's looks delicious 😋....
