#DAILY DYNAMIC. THURSDAY | Physical Exercise at home and in Cebu City Sports Complex

Today is Thursday and the topic is about healthy living. I would like to share with you that I really need this kind of lifestyle for I am too big already 😂. Anyways, I don't have any problem with my body shape because it is wholeheartedly accepted by my boyfriend and my family😊. This month is a Nutrition Month so our barangay initiated some challenges related to nutrition. One of the challenges is the 25days Loss Weight Challenge and there are prizes for the winners. I got motivated to join , and as a support also to my friend who is one of the SK councilors, the one who organized the challenge. It was 1st come 1st served and they only entertained 10 contestants. The date for the registration was only on July 6, 2021. That time, I did not able to join because I had another appointment. On july 8, my friend chatted me that there were only 3 who registered, so me, including my sister and my cousins registered on that day, we were 2days behind but as a support, we really pursued joining😊
When we were already registered, we already practiced exercising, it may be at home or we do jogging in Cebu City Sports Complex. It's nice if you do the exercise with the company, It's somewhat boring if you do it alone 😁.
After this competition, we decided to still continue doing the exercise because we know that doing a physical exercise is not just about the prize though we know it's part of our motivation. It is us who can benefit this doing especially me who is the biggest of us all. By the way, we do zumba at home and also planking and curl ups. At first, I could really not do the curl ups and planking because my body is too heavy but as days went by, slowly I could do it. It's not that long but atleast I can already make it 🤗😊.
