Hello beautiful women here in Steem Women Club!

Typhoon Odette hit many areas in the Philippines so bad, the people had no choice but to make noise and ask help.

I thank all the organizations, especially the
Steemit Team, who reached out and helped the victims as soon as they heard the news.

Recently most of my contents on steemit talk about the crisis we're going through after the onslaught of Typhoon Odette. The damage brought by the typhoon is really devastating and we felt helpless with the shortage of supply of basic necessities.

It has been a month since Typhoon Odette entered Philippine Area of Responsibility, which means many people, including us, celebrated Christmas and New Year without electricity and signal. Not only that, there was also no sufficient water few days after the typhoon. Transporting supplies is difficult in our area.

This is how we celebrated new year:

New year's eve felt different after the calamity. It was something we never expected to happen. Few months ago, we were planning to have a big celebration for the holiday together with my extended family but all of those were ruined by the calamity.

Cebu needs more help. And I see a lot of individuals and organizations initiating for help in these trying times. I am very hopeful that this, too, shall pass. We will rise again.
