Diary game | Better life:. Homemade stuffed fish

Hello beautiful ladies, today am writing about something I was taught in senior four. I studied foods and nutrition and so I have the best cooking skills and I believe in myself. Today, I am writing about different ways of preparing nice fish. We all know fish is a protein and proteins are a very good food value because they help in body building. We can prepare various forms of meals using fish for example; baked stuffed fish,whole fried fish, fish fillets, fish balls etc.

1.FISH FILLETS
When preparing fish fillets, the very first step is to prepare a marinade using the seasonings you are planning on putting on the receipe. Seasonings include salt, white pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, herbs or veges like cortmeal, onions, curry powder. And any others you may want to include. You mix them up all on a large plate because it is where you are going to put the fillets before frying.

             The second step is to cut the fillets into sizeable pieces according to your own size desire.  They are supposed to look like the finger shape and that is why they are called “fish fillets”, after cutting them, you are supposed to marinate them very well in the seasonings you mixed at first. 

             Thirdly, you roll these marinated fillets into a beaten egg and then roll them in bread crumbs to give them an attractive look.

              You then get one by one  of the fillets and deep them in cooking oil to start the frying process. Then wait until they get a golden brown color then you get ready to serve them.

  1. BAKED STUFFED FISH
    When preparing the baked stuffed fish, you have to also first prepare the seasonings because it is also just marinated. And after preparing the marinate, you boil Irish potatoes very well until ready then smash them very well and keep them aside.

           You then get the fish and wash it very well, cut out the insides and make sure it is very clean. But cut it very well so that when you are stuffing it, what you are putting inside doesn’t fall out. 
    
          Get your fish after cleaning it, stuff it very well with the smashed Irish potatoes and then use a coarse thread to sew it up. Then place it on a greased baking tray so as to prevent it from heating. You then place it in your oven at around 200 degrees to 400 accordingly. For 20 minutes, then remove it and sprinkle bread crumbs on it for an attractive appearance then place it back in your oven and wait till ready. 
    
        Lastly, you remove it from the oven, remove the coarse thread and then serve on a hot dish. Fir more attractiveness, you can slice lemon and place it on the sides, on top or even on the eye sockets of the fish and it is ready to eat.
