Hope you all doing well and enjoying you life woth good health and I'm also good here to participate this contest #33 which is about healthy Racipe or drink or herbal drink so I'm going to share herbal drink which I used and it's really affective for my weight lose and reduced period cramps also it's totally herbal I didn't get any side affects from this drink whenever I feel bloated or gaining weight I started using this drink , Its super easy and you don't need to buy any thing special for this drink it's all home ingredients I shared the benefits but first I shared the Racipe. Let's start.
Herbal tea
Ingredients
- One inch ginger
- 5 to 6 leave of mint
- Half lemon
- 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 3 to 4 clove
- Half table spoon cummin seeds
- For sweetness you can add honey (optional)
Racipe
- First took a pot and add two. Cups of water for boiling.
- Then add all the ingredients.
- Boiled until it's become one cup.
- It's ready I didn't add suger or honey because I like it's taste without sweetness.
- You can take twice a day or one cup in a day.

- Balance blood Sugar level
- Help to digest food
- It's keep you hydrated
