Hope you all are fine and healthy ,and enjoying your life I'm also good here to share the Racipe of Naan khatai it's kind of biscuits and it's very famous In pakistan let's start the Racipe.

Racipe of Naan Khatai

ingredients

• Flour 1 cup
• Gram flour half cup
• Ghee 1 cup
• Icing sugar 1 cup
• Cardamom powder half tea spoon
• Semolina 3 table spoon.
• Pistachio (optional)
• One egg yolk

Racipe

• First we need ghee you can use butter instead of ghee and add on it icing sugar and mix them with hand don't use beater.

• Mix well.

• Add gram flour and mix it.

• Then add flour and mix them well .

• Add cardamom powder .

• Just brined them together and now roll it in the counter top.

• Then use any small circle cap of bottle and make shapes.

• Dip the finger in yolk and tap ,on the shape on top.

• Baked them into 150°c pre heat oven 35 minutes maximum.
