Hello beautiful women, I hope you all are fine, safe, strong and doing great.

I'm glad to be a part of this beautiful and active @steemwomensclub community and learned from every women out there in this community.

I found this contest #womenclub5favoriteplaces so interesting and I'm super excited for this competition.

I live in Delhi but Jaipur is my native place. so I'm going to show my 5 favorite place of Jaipur city which is in India. It is the capital of Rajasthan also known as pink city because of their beautiful pink color buildings.
Jaipur is one the most rich and heritage places of INDIA. It is a land of kings and forts.

I am not able to express my love for this city. It has so much history, culture, beautiful art, buildings and forts.
It is one of the best tourist place in India.

AMBER FORT

Amber fort is a huge hill forts of Rajasthan made up of red sand stone and marbles and it took about 157 years to built amber fort. It is also known as Amer fort. It is built by Raja Man Singh a Rajput king but later built by Sawai Jai Singh.

Amber fort is a best combination of Hindu and Muslim religion in India. There is a huge place called Diwan-E-Aam where the king met local people and settled there dispute and solved there problems.
There is a huge geyser system in the fort where king and queens used to took bath in hot water without any electricity.
There are 99 toilets in fort and they all are same in size and pattern.

Amber fort is heavenly floating in the water of lake Maota lake.

It is a center of attraction for tourist and film makers. There is chamber known as Diwan-E-Khas where the king meets the VIPs.
There is a separate chamber of AC rooms without electricity for every queen in the fort.

JHALANA LEOPARD SAFARI PARK

Jhalana leopard safari park is a reserved park for leopards where leopards lives in proper natural conditions. There are around 30-35 leopards in this park. Park is widely spread in an area of 23 square kilometres.

There is a huge museum in which you can know about each and every leopard who belongs to this park. They have named every leopard and they can easily migrate from one mountain to another mountain.

Its a great place for someone who love wildlife and love adventure.

NAHARGARH FORT

Nahargarh fort along with amber fort is one of the strongest and biggest forts of Jaipur.

The original name of this fort is Sudarshangarh but the construction of this fort was not able for anyone. Then the king saw a dream in which late king Nahar told him about the reason why he was not able to built this fort and its name that the name of this fort should be Nahargarh rather than Sudarshangarh because this place belongs to me.
After that dream the king Sawai Jai Singh named this place as Nahargarh fort.

It is believed that the spirit of Nahar (Nahar Singh Bhomia) haunts this place and obstructed the construction of this fort.

After all this incident the king decided to made a temple on the entrance of this fort to pacify the spirit of Nahar.
Local people have claimed that the spirit of king Nahar is still there in the fort and protects the fort.

You can see a beautiful view of beautiful pink city from the top of nahargarh fort.

HAWA MAHAL

Hawa mahal is also known as Palace of wind made up of red and pink sandstone built by Hindu Rajput Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. He is a grandson of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh founder of Jaipur.

It is built according to the honeycomb structure and have 953 windows.

The main purpose to build this structure was that the king wants his queens to observe everyday life of the people and festival on streets without being seen by anyone in his territory.

This is the best architectural feature i have ever seen. 953 windows to make the fort cool and allow cool air due to venturi effect in the summers because Jaipur is a hot place.

JAL MAHAL

Jal Mahal means water palace or palace which floats on water. The lake covers the palace from every where. It is built by Maharaja Jai Singh second. Most serene sight in the middle of Jaipur.

It is built for the purpose of shooting lodge for king Jai Singh. This majestic monuments caught the eye of every photographer but it far from everyone's reach.

Many years ago there was a boating system for tourist to reach near this beautiful palace but few years ago it stopped due to some reasons.

Jaipur is most visited tourist place in India and worth every penny.
