Hi friends,
I'm Jyoti from India, I love cooking and I would like to take part in this Cooking Challenge. Every Sunday I cook non-veg food for lunch, This Sunday I have cooked Prawsn Biriyaniand I'm going to share the recipe with you.

Ingredients:
🍅 Prawns
🍅 Curd
🍅 Ghee
🍅 Cinnamon
🍅 Clove
🍅 Edible oil
🍅 Onions
🍅 Green chili
🍅 Red chili powder
🍅 Mint leaves
🍅 Curry leaves
🍅 Coriander leaves
🍅 Lemon

Step 1:

Take the prawns and remove the outer skins, wash properly with water and salt, apply lemon juice on them and keep it aside.

Step 2:

Chope the onions, and tomatoes into small pieces and keep them aside.

Step 3:

Take the mint leaves and coriander leaves wash them and remove its stems and keep them aside.

Step 4:

Take garlic and ginger, put them into a mixer grinder and make it a paste and keep it aside.

Step 5:

Take a big vessel and put on the flame, pour some oil to heat after heating the oil add mustard seeds, cinnamon anise seed, cardamom, and clove to roast.

Step 6:

Add the chopped onions into the vessel and fry them slightly and add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies and mint leaves into the vessel and mix them well .

Step 7:

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix them well and close the lid with low flame for a minute.

Step 8:

Open the lid and add ginger paste and mix them well and add curd, some water and required the amount of salt into the vessel.

Step 8:

When the water boiling adds rice and half of the prawns into the vessel, and keep side the rest of the prawns and mix them well and close the lid with a medium flame to cook the rice.

Step 8:

When the rice cooked well, take the rest of the prawns and fry them with oil and add into the rice and add ghee and mix them with all gradients.

Now the delicious Prawsn Biriyani is ready to eat, serve with curd salad, hope you like this recipe.
