Diary Game | Betterlife: Cooking My Favorite Shawarma Food

Today I will share to you my homemade shawarma at home it's just easy to do. Making your own homemade shawarma is both easy and inexpensive.

These are the Ingredients.

First we need to make Pita Dough.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon yeast
3 cups all purpose flour
1 to 2 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar

1.: Mix the water and yeast together, and let sit for about five minutes until the yeast is dissolved. Add 3 cups of the flour, salt, and olive oil and sugar. Stir until a shaggy dough is formed.

2.Sprinkle a little of the extra flour onto your clean work surface and turn out the dough. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour as needed to keep the dough from sticking to your hands or the work surface.

3.Clean the bowl you used to mix the dough and film it with a little olive oil. Set the dough in the bowl and turn it until it's coated with oil. Cover with a clean dishcloth.

4.Using a floured rolling pin, roll one of the pieces into a circle.

5.Heat a frying pan and add a little oil. Put the pita dough in the pan when it is hot. When the pita dough turns brown, you can serve it and put it on a clean plate.

For the Pork

Ingredients
1/4 Ground Pork
2 teaspoons oil
1 mince garlic
1 onion
1 Magic sarap for seasoning
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 knorr cubes
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups warm water

Heat a frying pan. add a little oil followed by garlic and onion put the pork and sauté.
put all the seasoning just wait until cooked.

For Mayonnaise
2 cups of Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons All purpose cream
1 mince garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper and Cheese

Slice white onion, cucumber, tomato, cabbage and sit aside.

Everything is ready. So let's go 😂

Take a pita dough with pork. next are white onion, tomato, cucumber and cabbage. then the Mayonnaise and the cheese.
