Hello Beautiful Ladies!!

Today I am going to share with all the beautiful ladies my very own Meat balls curry recipe. This is a very traditional recipe and it is made in different parts of Pakistan but in different methods although the preparation is same but somehow the recipes are bit different from each other depending upon how spicy the people of that place like and how normal it should be for the people of another region.


Let 's start the recipe!


INGREDIENTS 

1. Mice 
2. Onions 
3. Tomatoes 
4. Green chilli 
5. Gram flour 
6.Bread crumbs 
7.Dry coriander 
8. Red chilli 
9. Balck pepper 



DIRECTIONS


SPICES PREPARATION


STEP #1


Take a pan and add some oil in it and than take one medium sized onion and cut it in vermicelli shape and fry it until well cooked and turn golden brown.

STEP #2

Take a blender and put the fried onions and some dried coriander and red chili powder and blend it until mixed well.
Your spices mixture is ready to use.


MEAT BALLS PREPARATION


STEP #1

Take a bowl and the whole mice in it and than add 1/3 cup of bread crumbs and the spices we have prepared and because we want to get a perfect round shape of our meat balls that's why we add bread crumbs to it.

STEP #2

Take half table spoon of red chili powder and than one table spoon of salt or according to your taste and will add half table spoon of dried coriander powder.
We will also add half cup of gram flour and it will not stick to pan or any other thing and will mix it together with the help of our hands.


STEP #3

The most important step. Now when the mixture is prepared, apply some oil on your hands and take some mixture in your hands and start making some round balls, the meat balls should not be too large because than it will not cook inside because of their large size some keep the size of the balls medium.


CURRY PREPARATION


STEP #1

Take 4-5 medium sized tomatoes and cut them into small cubes and than put all of them into a blender and blend it until a thick paste is made.
We will also prepare some onions paste and for that we will do the same step and will cut the onions into small pieces and will blend it with the help of blender and than they are ready to use.

STEP #2

Take the same oil we used for frying onions and add one cup onions paste and mix it well and when the onions are cooked a bit we will add 3-4 cloves garlic paste and will cook it for about 3 minutes.

STEP #3

Now when all the onions and garlic cook well but do not turn it into brown when they become a little bit golden we will add 1-2 green chillies( you can increase or decrease it according to your taste) and add the tomato paste we had prepared earlier and add the spices too with the tomato paste , we will add salt, garam masala powder and red chilli powder. Now when the oil separates from the curry we will add about one cup water and will cover and cook it for about 5-6 minutes until the water soaked.

STEP #4

Add all the meat balls we prepared one by one in the curry and remember do not move it with a spoon but move the whole pan in circular motion so that the balls will not break and will be rounded shaped as it is.


VERY TASTY AND DELICIOUS MEAT BALLS CURRY IS READY TO SERVE!
