Hi girls of @steemwomensclub . Hope all of you are doing great . Today I am very excited to share this post with you all .

So, Today I'm going to share one of my favourite dessert recipe 'Rasmalai' which is too much yummy and tasty and I really love this dish .so, let's begin.

'Rasmalai'

It is a Bengalis traditional dessert .First you need to curd the milk to make paneer or chena but you can also buy paneer from Halwai or sweet shops , here I bought the paneer , if you want ,you can make at home also.

Then after boiling the chena or paneer in suger syrup and last rested the Rasmalai in thickened milk .

Very easy process and very 😋 yummy.

Ingredients :-
1.Paneer - 200gm
2.Baking Powder - 1pinch
3.Flour - 1tbsp
4.Powder Suger - 2tbsp
5.Milk - 1lit
6.Dry fruits
7.Suger - 1/2 cup
8.Milk powder - 1/2 cup
9.Cardamom - 4pc

For Suger Syrup
1.Suger - 1& 1/2 cup
2.Water - 5cup

How To make this Yummy dessert - 'Rasmalai'
1.On the gas and put a deep bottom pot . Pour 1lit of milk and bring it to boil in medium flame. Keep stirring every few minutes to prevent burning.

2.Pour suger according to your taste . And add milk powder ,then mix them well. Keep stirring every 2 or 3 minutes.

3.Add cardamom at last Add chopped dry fruits in this time ,then turn off when the milk condensed to half quantity.

Yes, the milk rabdi is ready ,so keep it aside and let it cool down.

4.I took 200gm of paneer which is moist . Knead it well untill it get smooth structure . In this time add baking powder 1pinch and 1tbsp of flour and 2tbsp of powder suger . Then knead it well . It should be non sticky .

But be careful ,don't knead so much .

5.Now make little balls and you can shape it as your wish . Or, you can follow me .

6.For suger syrup,on the gas in high flame, place a pan or kadai and pour 5 cup of water and 1& 1/2 cup of suger . Then bring it boil.
Then turn the flame in medium and add the all rasmalai in the suger syrup and Cook it for 9mins.

7 .The Rasmalai would have doubled in size . Take out and after 10mins pour it in the prepared milk .

Now chill it and serve .

Este plato tengo curiosidad de prepararlo, ojala pudiera conseguir los ingredientes correctos, quizás en algún momento de mi vida lo haga ya que en estos momentos los frutos secos son costosos aquí. pero te felicito hiciste un buen trabajo, me gusta mucho el dulce.
