Today I thought of presenting to this @steemwomensclub a drink that is very good for our health and has many benefits instead of the food recipe that we present every day.
Nowadays I and my hasband drink green tea so we know very well the benefits of green tea for us. So I wanted to tell you about it too.

INTRODUCTION OF CYLON GREEN TEA

The term 'Sri Lanka' is generally used around the world to refer to quality black tea made in the traditional or non-traditional way, but Ceylon green tea is less well known.

Our country currently exports only one percent of the amount of black tea it exports, and we believe that the reputation of the quality of sri lankan green tea as well as Sri Lankan black tea will soon spread among the people. Although the Sri Lankan green tea industry is still young, it is growing rapidly, attracting the following:

presently , the Sri Lank ecoming more and more attractive among the tea-drinking nations of the manufacturing world, and the cylon green tea industry is growing, albeit young. Today, the main export markets for Ceylon green tea are from the Middle East and Europe, North America and East Asia, and the taste of Sri Lankan green tea is rapidly expanding in those countries.
Green tea is currently in high demand due to its benefits to consumers. Polyphenols are a good source of epigallocatachin galate (EGCG) Green tea in Sri Lanka.

REGIONS OF THE CULTIVATION

Tea produced in every region of Sri Lanka has unique characteristics and the taste and quality of tea varies from region to region. This is due to the different climates and altitudes that exist in the regions.

Among the teas grown in central province, Nuwara Eliya tea is grown at high altitudes, so it has rare and refined properties that are different from low-growing tea. As a result of high altitudes and low temperatures, the slow-growing shrubs with slightly smaller leaves turn orange when dried, while the tea leaves turn greenish-yellow and have a pale alcohol compared to other Ceylon teas.

Speaking of uva region responsible teas, they have a unique flavor and are mainly used in blends and uva tea is recognized worldwide. Drying produces a dark green leaf that has a wide range and unique weather conditions that contribute to unique flavors and aromas, while the uva region also contributes to the production of significant quantities of green tea.
