Let's talk Menopause (NewBie)

Hello and a good day to you all my fellow beautiful and loving women and mother's. Indeed, it has been a long day but I thank God I made out time to write something for everyone to share their thoughts.

Let me begin by saying that menopause is a period or a stage in which it marks the end of menstrual period for women. It is a factor that is also associated with age.

Menopause also gives signs that tells the end of a woman's child bearing year's. Which also entails that at this stage a woman can't put to birth anymore.

The ovaries of the woman stops producing of eggs. And therefore no menses for he woman anymore.

Please note that menopause can only be determined after one (1) Year. That is to say a woman is said to have reached menopause untill after one 1 Year has passed without experiencing her mentstrual period.

The second part, don't get confused although it is assumed that women reach menopause at the age of 50-51 but the truth to be told it varies widely.

Some wen experience menopause earlier than others while some occurs at their late 40s or 50s. Those who experience it earlier is called the premature menopause.

Some symptoms of menopause include; sex drive reduction, dryness of the private part (vagina), sleep disturbance, weight gain to mention but a few.

Ways to reduce this signs mentioned above are; avoid wearing tight clothes, make sure you take off clothes that will bring rashes on your skin.

Drink lots of water and exercise as well especially if you are sweating. Also use water-based vagina moisturizer. Try stress management and eat good food and on the right time.

To conclude, always consult your doctor if the symptoms should persist. But don't let menopause hinder your intimacy with your spouse.
