Hello my beautiful women in steemit,hope you all had a wonderful and amazing day today. I will love to show you how I prepared a healthy and delicious vegetable source (Ugu) for my family.
As a woman,a wife and mother I want to pay close attention to what my family feeds on because many people eat foods either in their homes or outside home and it becomes a problem to them, so I implore you my fellow women in these community to take your time and prepare healthy meals for your family.this is very important because our family depends on us for a healthy living.that why we often hear some men or husband's saying I can't eat outside my home because they are sure that what they are served at home is hygienic and healthy.infact eating right should be our watch word because our food can be our medicine so eat right and served your family right.
Today am showing you how I prepared a vegetable source ( Ugu leave).
Ingredients
*Ugu leaves
*Crayfish
*Pepper
*Seasoning cubes
*Salt
*Groundnut oil.

Preparation

*Step 1
Wash Ugu thoroughly to avoid sand and slice it into pieces.

*Step 2
Cut onions, or chop it to your desired shape,blend your crayfish and pepper get all your ingredients ready like these

*Step 3
Put your pot on fire and pour some oil into your pot add onions and crayfish together with your pepper and add some seasoning cubes and salt to taste,stir it allow to cook for about 2mins and add your already slices Ugu leaves to it and stir it again and allow to cook for 3mins.

My food is ready to be served
U can served with Irish potatoes,yam,unripe plantain or rice.
but I choose to serve mine with unripe plantain because unripe plantain has less carbohydrate and more of iron.you can served with any protein of your choice like fry fish,meat, chicken or egg.
My hubby prefers to eat these vegetable source than tomatoes stew.
am always happy making his favorite and knowing that my family depends on me for a delicious and healthy meals for a healthy living.

Hmmm the food looks very nice, i am a fan of vegetable sauce and i enjoy it mostly with rice, thanks a lot for sharing.
