You were absolutely correct when you said that African women are endowed with wisdom of natural remedies, I'm not exclusive I know some home remedies which other women can use for their health and that of their families. This remedies are purely natural and have no negative side effects, so stay connected as I unwrapped it!

1. NATURAL REMEDY FOR COUGH, POISON AND DYSENTERY:

Bitter kola, bitter kola leaves, bitter kola bark and honey this remedy has proven to be super effective, my mum used to give us each time we have cough, you know coughing can be disturbing especially in the night,it doesn't allow one to sleep soundly, but a shot glass of this mixture before bed time will help one to have a peaceful sleep. Also if a child develop dysentery just give her/him and that will ends the story.
Most importantly this remedy is anti-poison, if a snake bite someone and you give the person the mixture it will neutralize the snake poison immediately. But you can still take the person to hospital to confirm.

• Wash the kola leaves, peal and mash the kola, wash the bark and pound it, put everything in the pot add water to it and boil for 20mins.

• allow the mixture to be cold, sift out the chaff, then add honey to your taste.

• take a shot glass of it morning and evening till the cough stops.

This remedy is good for cough, sore throat, it is packed with powerful antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties

It can fight malaria because it contains chemical compound like kolaviron, quinones and other malarial properties to fight against malaria.

There's no side effects of taking this mixture, just that you shouldn't drink it immediately after drinking drugs, this is because it will neutralize the effect of the drugs.

Anyone can take this remedy, ranging from 3months old baby to pregnant women. I've not experience any side effects drinking this remedy.

Wash all the ingredients and mash it and put it inside 2 liters bottle, boil water and pour inside it allow to be cold

• take a class a day

Adult only, people who just put to birth or who have miscarriage. Pregnant women should not drink it.

• Some people used to experience diarrhea after drinking it

• Since our bodies differ just be observing yourself when drinking it.

• it can cause one to have heavy flow during mensuration.

• can cause birth defect or miscarriage in some cases. That's why pregnant woman should not drink it.

Hospital Too Far Leave (Justicia Carnea) and milk
this remedy help in building blood, anyone with low PCV can drink this mixture it has proven to work well in boosting blood.

Just plug the leaves and wash it, put in a pot put water and boil for 15mins put down the put and allow it cool.

Pour a glass of it add milk to it and drink it.

scent leaves and hot water

First, pluck and cut the leaves, brew it for 15mins then drink it.

• scent leaves help in relief of constipation
  -it serves as a resistance to insects like mosquitoes and houseflies.
• you can crush it and smear on skin boils and pimple

The fenkhona, euglenol and epigenin compound in it can help men to maintain optimum penile health and healthy sperm, it facilitate erection in them.

• I've not seen any side effects in using this therapy.

Adult and even children, it's been proven that those who use to drink it's juice frequently hardly fall sick. In fact this leaves versatility is amazing, you can include it in your jolof rice, beans, pepper soup, nkwobi, yam porridge, plantain porridge etc.
