"REUNITED" CESAA-CULIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

What a wonderful day my fellow Steemians! Hope all are well today!

I would like to share this wonderful experience I had that I will always be remembered in my heart.

It has been 6 years since I attended our Elementary Alumni homecoming for the first time, it falls every Saturday before the Brgy. Fiesta of our Patron San Isidro Labrador. We had a whole day celebration with other respective batches.

At 9 in the morning, we had a parade by batch and then the officers will select the most joyful batch and the biggest delegation....

After the parade, the host batch will be giving the snacks to all attendees while having games, it was really fun😊

We, batch'81, eat our lunch after the game in a boodle fight, a kind of lunch in which we are using our clean bare hands and the foods lies on top of a banana leaf, in layman's term, cowboy style😊. I enjoyed talking each to other, reminiscing our elementary days. It's always fun recalling our youth, right?

Then we prepare foods for dinner on the night event.

We had a program during our night event, giving the Key of responsibility to the next host batch, there was a glass dance in every batch representative and the proceeds will be for the alumni funds..

Everyone enjoyed the celebration so much 😊. Some danced their night away and Some were already drunked can still managed themselves.

The following day batch'81 went to beach resort had a get together again. We were spending the rest of their time with each other because some we're now leaving in far away places,some are OFW's also. We can only go home at our homeland and bond with each other, once in a blue moon😊

We had so much fun and our tummy were full with the yummy foods. Lechon, grilled fish, pancit and "paklay"😊 and finally we ended our day with lots of smile and too much happiness😊

I have missed this bond with old friends so much since we can't be together this time of the year because of the pandemic. But hopefully soon, when days will be better, we will see each other again.
