Explorando en la diversas comunidades de la plataforma está promueve un excelente concurso SteemWomen Clud, es la primera vez que realizó un post en esta linda comunidad. El tema que promueve me pareció muy atractivo e interesante como toda mujer siempre estamos a la vanguardia, pendiente del cuidado de nuestro cabello, piel, cuerpo y sobre todo nuestra alimentación.

The theme that promotes seemed to me very attractive and interesting as every woman we are always at the forefront, pending the care of our hair, skin, body and especially our food.

En esta oportunidad quería mostrarle la manera en que cuido mi cabello, tengo varios tips para mantenerlo sedoso, suave y con brillo. Nada como consentirte y mantenerte siempre bella y regia.

In this opportunity I wanted to show you the way I take care of my hair, I have several tips to keep it silky, soft and shiny. Nothing like pampering yourself and keeping you always beautiful and regal.

Tengo un tipo de cabello grasoso, es por ello que me lavo mi cabello con un champú para cabello grasoso, lo realizó una o dos veces el lavado de mi larga cabellera abundante.

I have an oily hair type, that's why I wash my hair with a shampoo for oily hair, I do it once or twice washing my long abundant hair.

Luego del procedimiento del lavado, paso a la hidratación de mi cabello y es el que lo mantiene brilloso como se los mencioné. Preparo un baño de crema con zabila y me lo coloca en la mitad del cabello hacia abajo y lo envuelvo con un gorro térmico por 20 min, luego pasado ese tiempo retiro la crema con abundante agua.

After the washing procedure, I move on to moisturizing my hair and that is what keeps it shiny as I mentioned. I prepare a cream bath with zabila and put it on the middle of my hair downwards and wrap it with a thermal cap for 20 minutes, then after that time I remove the cream with plenty of water.

Dejo que se me seque al natural para luego peinarlo y poderlo desenredar, para proceder a secarlo con mi secado de cabello y tenerlo suelto y manejable. ¡Aquí les muestro el resultado¡, Espero que estos pequeño tips sean de su provecho y pueda aplicarlos.

I let it dry naturally and then I comb it and untangle it, to proceed to dry it with my blow dryer and have it loose and manageable. Here I show you the result, I hope these little tips are of your benefit and you can apply them.
