This is Moderator and South Asian Representative of Steem Women's Club. Admins and Moderators of the community are trying hard to keep the community growing in a steady way regardless of the support. It's important to keep the members motivated and feel enthusiastic about what they do.

Club5050 X WomenClub - Members will have Preference

As you know that we have booming support and only one post from South Asia is selected for booming daily. So from now, we will prefer those who are the members of club5050.

What is club5050?

It's a new project by the Steemit Team supported by steemcurat01 and steemcurator02. The main idea is to encourage users to power up their liquid rewards. In other words, maintain a balance between their withdrawals and power ups.

How to be eligible for club5050?

In a 7 day period, your total power up amount must be equal or great than the total cashed out amount.
You must power up atleast 50% liquid rewards that your earn from a post.

How to join the club5050?

If you comply by the above rules then just use the club5050 tag in your normal posts. Make sure the tag is among the first three tags.

What not to do?

Do not try to be over smart and abuse the tag by using it wrongly, curators check the wallets before supporting.

Members of the club5050 may get extra support from the curators.

Statistics

Some basic stats of overall activity in South Asia before and after the support program are as follows:

Active numbers increased a little this week but we were on decreasing trend for long.
This decrease in activity is due to various reasons.

Members tend to move towards bigger votes.
With the increase in activity, nominated posts should increase. But activity increases and posts remain 5. So this demotivates a lot of women because it decreases their chances of getting chosen.
Official account has to grow as well to strengthen the community. So it has to be nominated once or twice a week for booming. For that two women are skipped in a week.

Delegations Stats

I am proud to announce that there are 22 delegators now from the South Asian region. I have been educating women about the importance of delegations. Many women are new but they are powering up and delegating their steem power to the community. Delegators enjoy some perks in the community like delegation rewards.

Although delegations are not mandatory like vote support is not guaranteed. But delegators get preference while we choose posts for vote support. It does not apply to newcomers but we expect our members to build their steem power and delegate after a certain reputation score. Members who only keep withdrawing the rewards and don't power up will most likely lose the vote support and those who do not delegate will get less support than delegators.

I want to thank all our valuable delegators from South Asia. Here's the list and their delegation amount and rank in the community.

Important Note: Those members who are facing posting issues due to the low RC status after delegation can leave a comment here. I will delegate 50sp for two weeks. In the meantime, you can buildup your steem power.

User Verification

You must get a verified label to be eligible for vote support. You just have to complete the achievement 1 task in the newcomers' community and drop its link under this post for verification. I will give you a verified label.

Vote Support

Please do not beg for votes or spam my inbox with your post links. I manually check all of your posts and leave comments.

When can you complain about not getting support?

You are a club5050 member.
You actively post in the community. At least 2 posts per week.
You create top-quality content.
More than 15 days have passed since the last vote (this is for those who are active)
You are a delegator.

If you post rarely and get disappeared for weeks then don't demand support. Some people are consistent and post daily. We prefer those over you.

If you are posting daily and your content is of superb quality, you might be selected once every week. But again please don't demand votes.

Beneficiaries to official account and charity account

In order to support the official account to grow its sp fast, either you can delegate a reasonable amount or make a habit of allocating at least 15% of your post rewards to it. You will get a higher chance of being selected in top picks.

We run a charity project for needy children handled by the account @womenclubcharity. You can set your post rewards to 50% beneficiary to that account and use the tag # womenclubcharity50pc. Sc01 looks out for this tag and might support you.

Comments and Engagement

In order to increase activity in the community interaction with each other is of utmost importance. Empty posts look suspicious. We now vote for meaningful comments from the official account in order to encourage commenting.

Whatsapp and Telegram Group

We have a WhatsApp group for Pakistani members as Telegram doesn't function there sometimes. Those who want to be added can ask for the link privately on discord.

We have a general group for all South Asian Women on Telegram. I suggest you all join it for queries and updates.
