Osogbo groove

This place islocated in the capital of osun state. It is the shrine of the Osun goddess of Yoruba tradition. Osun is a river and there is a popular festival for her celebration known as Osun Osogbo fesrival. I was privileged to visit this location as an historian .

The Oduduwa Shrine.

The shrine is located at Erunwa in Ile-ife osun state and it is also close to the palace is his majesty Ooni of Ife. As an historian, I visited the shrine on an academic field trip, for review and documentation. Here is Oduduwa the father of Yoruba race, from which the whole world hailed from and his chicken.

The Hezekial Oluwasanmi Library

This is the prestigious gigantic library of the Obafemi Awolowo University. It is located close to the school senate building and is right in front of motion ground. The school library is a place where student of the university can gain access to, to study or borrow books.The library closes by 6pm.

The Museum is a place where archeological evidences and materials are kept or preserved. I know this because, I'm a student of History. The Museum was named after the reknown Professor Wole Soyinka and it is located in Obafemi Awolowo university

This is the airview of the Obafemi Awolowo University and is located in the region of Ile-ife osun state Nigeria. Obafemi Awolowo University was founded in 1963 and it has held on to its legacy of being Africa's most beautiful campus.
