Today i am going to share with you why eating at late night can be dangerous for health. May be many of us are aware from uts bad effects, but might be many of us are still did not know. So i will share brief review which might be helpful for many people.
Food is important for health, but there are some rules of eating food, eating at night, the habit of sleeping can be expensive, the researchers warned the public.
Food itself is not bad for anyone, but if we are taking it in wrong way it surely harmful for health. Many people have habit sleep for long time, wake up in late night, intake alot of food mostly fast food, and then go to sleep.

  • Leads to high blood pressure
  • Raised level of blood sugar
  • Responsible for heart diseaes
  • Most common cause of obesity
  • Effect mental health
  • Loss or weaken the memory for next day work
  • Effect body metabolism
  • Effect stomach
  • Poor digestion
  • Impaired learning capibility
  • Fewer hour sleep mood swings
  • Poor health
  • Storage of more calories

According to the details, a new study published in a foreign health magazine has sounded the alarm for people who, after a busy day, eat at night and then go to bed and fall asleep. However, research I have been told that due to busy life, ignoring the principles of health can be costly and the risk of developing diabetes in such people is many times. The risk of diabetes is increasing in such people as the level of blood suguar is increasing.

  • A new study of 850 young people in Spain who went to bed at night after a meal included those who ate before going to bed at night; it resultantly became the cause of increased melatonin levels. Furthermore, it led to lowered the insulin levels finally raised the amount of blood sugar levels, because function of insulin is to lower blood sugar levels and due to bad food habit at late night caused contantly a devoid insulin and it further raises blood sugar levels. So it can be concluded that raised levels of melatonin and food intake can lead to impaired insulin secretion and affect blood sugar levels in people associated with late eating. Researchers have concluded that eating late at night can affect blood sugar. Type 2 diabetes is a sign of danger to human health.

Conclusion

Avoid to intake large amount of food which are rich in calories, if you are very hungry prefer to take your dinner on time, or you can take low calorie food, so that excessive amount of engy could not stored in the body, as i discuss in detail it leads to many hazords for health.
