Hope all are healthy and safe.

Today is sunday very special day for me, when I have no worries of alarm bell, just sleep for hours. Sometime, sleeping gave me pleasure, in this regard sunday might be best, as off from work and also from many responsibilties. On sunday, i prefer to eat halwa pouri with grams and Pickle salad and mashed potatoes. But i thought to have something different, as eating same food on every sunday might be bored me, i decided to cook mince stuffed parathas, its really different, tasty and yummy.

I am going to share its receipe.

How to cook

First step

  • Take pressure cooker, put one glass water, mince and tomatoes for boiling, after whistle boiled for ten minutes

Step 2

  • Grated the onion and green chillies.

Step 3

  • Mince is done i have used mutton mince in it, now added grated onions, chillies, chilli flakes, salt, cumin, salt and turmeric in it, mixed it very well.

Paratha stuffing

  • Make the dough of paratha by adding water pinch of salt. Keep for sometime. Dough is ready.

  • Dough is soft enough, take a small piece of dough, spread it, apply little oil on it.

Placed mince on it as much needed.

  • It makes my sunday special, i really enjoyed it. Sealed its edges so mince can not come out.

  • Roll it to make rounded layered paratha.

  • Now place it on wooden roller, try to spread it by thinning it as, it can not be broken down.

  • Heated the flat pan apply little oil, put paratha on it,. Flame should be low.

  • When cooked from oneside apply oil on it.

  • Turned its side.

  • Wait till both sides cooked. Tasty layered mince stffed paratha is ready
