Hope all are doing well and living happily. Yoday my mood changed, daily I ate bread omolte, I decided to eat paratha but different. I thought to cook spinach paratha. There are many healthy benefits of spinach so in a week once we should eat it.
The most highlighted benefits are as follow.
- Its rich in carotenoid which is changed in Vitamin A in our body.
- It contains vitamin c.
- Natural source of folic acid, if you are not taking apple must try spinach.
- Rich in iron, I suggest the women who have problem of brown spots or scars on skin or face, must include it in diet, it will increases heamoglobin and with the passage scars will be vanished from the skin.

Lets start cooking spinach paratha.
Ingredients | Quantity |

Spinach | A bunch |
Oil | 2 to 3 tbsp |
Wheat flour for dough | 1 cup |
Black pepper | 1/2 tbsp |
Green chillies | 2 to 3 |
Salt | as required |
Boiled Chicken | 2 to 3 piece |
Cooking method
- Take a bunch of spinach, cut it and washed it with very care, because there are many spray used so washed 3 to 4 in running water.
- Finely chopped the spinach, added in pan, donot put water. When it soft added spices and one teaspoon oil. Added boiled shredded chicken in it.
- Cooked it until water dried out. Its ready. Cool it.
Dough making
Ingredients | Quantity |

Wheat flour | 1 cup |
Milk | 2 teaspoon |
Salt | A pinch |
Warm water for dough | as required |
Preparation of Dough
- Put wheat flour in bowl, added milk and salt. Mixed it. Added warm water slowly. Added the mixture of spinach chicken in it. Mixed very well.
Make a semi solid dough. Knead it till soft. Kept for ten minutes.
Paratha making
Take a small portion of dough, knead it on roller by applying oil, spread it slowly with the help of roller.
Heat the pan for paratha making, apply little oil. Put the paratha, becareful flame should be low.
- When first side cooked changed its side, apply butter or oil cooked till golden.
- Yummy paratha is ready.
