Today i am sharing the recipe of tasty and healthy chicken veg bun burger in my air fryer oven.
Its quite healthy as its combination of chicken, vegetables, butter and egg which are health safe for kids and for us too as i am using everything in moderate quantity.
Lets start it.
Ingredients for bun making
Ingredient | quantity |

All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Instant yeast | 1/2 tsp |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Luke warm milk | half cup |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Egg | 1 |
How to make
Take a bowl added luke warm milk, mixed instant yeast 1/2 tsp in it, then sugar, egg and butter. Mixed very well. Added flour in it and make a dough. If feel hard mixed warm milk and made a smooth dough.
Now, placed in air tight container and placed in warm place. Wait till 2 hours dough will rise in double size.
When i take out after few hours, dough was double in size, rolled it well and divided in equal parts.
Chicken veg bun burger stuffing
The next step is to make stuffing

Chicken boneless | 250 grams |
Green or spring onion | 2 |
Cabbage | half |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Red chilli | 1/2 tsp |
Butter | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | 1 tsp |
Chilli sauce | 1/2 tsp |
Soya sauce | 1/2 tsp |
Mayonnaise | 3 tsp |
Chilli garic sauce | 3 tsp |
Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |
Chicken tikka | 1/2 tsp |
Fresh orange juice | 1 tsp |
How to make
Washed the chicken and cut into small cubes and added 1 tsp vinegar kept for 30 minutes. Take a pan added butter when melted added chicken cooked it till golden color, then added garlic powder, fry it.
Now, added all sauces and spices cooked it for one minutes. Added chopped green onion and finely cut cabbage in mixture, sauted one to two minutes. In the last added 1 tsp orange juice mixed it, its done. Cool it at room temperature.
Assembling
Take the dough divides into 4 pieces, keep the mixture in it added mayonnaise and chilli garlic sauce mixture in it. Closed it from all sides. Applied egg yolk on it.
Baking
Preaheat the oven at 180 degree. Apply oil on baking pan and placed the bun on it, now apply beaten egg on bun, sprinkle little sesame seeds and nigella seeds on bun.
Baked in oven for 15 minutes, its done soft and juicy.
My little princess is with me, it was bit hard for me to cook as i was alone at home and taking care of princess too,bin the last pic she is with me and got annoyed why i ignored her.
