hope all are doing well. I would like to say thanks @steemwomensclub and @event-horizon for organizing this beautiful contest for us. I am sharing recipe of paratha roll. Its very easy to cook and good in taste.
Ingredients | Quantity |

Cucumber | 1 |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Egg | 2 |
Chicken | 250 gram whole with bone |
Oil | for frying |
Black | 1/2 teaspoon |
Mayonnaise | 1 tablespoon |
Chilli garlic sauce | 1 tablespoon |
All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Salt | pinch |
Warm water | as required |
How to cook
Dough making
- Take a bowl added flour and salt mixed it well and make a dough with warm water. It should be soft. Keep it for ten minutes.
Chicken shredding
- Take a bowl added whole chicken and boiled it, take off and shredded it properly.
- Chopped the onion, tomato and cucumber.
- Mixed the chilli garlic sauce and mayonnaise.
- In a bowl added chopped vegetables and shredded chicken and also sauces. Mixed it properly. Now added pinch of black pepper. Its done.
Omlette making
- In a bowl added egg and pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Take a pan added little oil when heat up put egg mixture cook for one minute omlette is ready.
Paratha making
- Take a small portion of dough and rolled it.
- Heat the non stick pan, put the paratha cooked ii with little oil until brown from both sides.
Assembling
- Put the paratha in plate, spread the slices of omlette and then vegetable mixture. Rolled it gave the shape of roll.
- Paratha roll is ready, cut it into two to three pieces. Enjoy with chilli sauce.
