The reasercher has found that when we are avoiding intake of food it tended to induced the increase in ghrelin production, this fasting will induced improvement in insulin production, and also leads to fat loss in viscerel part of abdomen. It can be concluded that the person who is on fasting, has higher level of ghrelin production and thus reduced risk of different metabolic disorders and diabetes.

The people who prefer to eat green leafy vegetables, use of green tea, and obstain from red meat has two fold higher priduction of fasting ghrelin as compared to people who eat traditional food, this behaviour leads to more advantages of cardiometabolic.
