I want to use this opportunity to thank @steemwomensclub for this great contest . I'm excited to take part in the this contest, and I want to express my gratitude for hosting such .

Growing up, I never had more than cordial relationships with others, even with my family, because they were rarely available, and this made me more of an introvert than an extrovert. I have a hard time sharing things with people around me because I always do things my way. When I got admission, I started making friends to get away from the lonely life I was living because I was turning into a beast. Years ago, while studying for my professional exam as a Medical student, I met the most important person in my life.

As we prepared for the exam together and with no strings attached, she will always come to me for clarification in Human Anatomy*. We had so many restless nights together studying for the exam. We were both mentally and physically exhausted, but when the results were announced, I was given the option of leaving Med School because I failed and I sobbed for days before succumbing to depression. The few friends I had deserted me because I was the only one who failed among all cliques, and they never looked my way; the people I went hungry to make sure they were okay abandoned me like a piece of rag. My parents were too preoccupied with their work to recognize that I was quietly dying. I noticed that the dream I had with them was dissipating and in my highland, I was the only one.

She came to see me in my flat a few weeks after the results were released and saw how dirty I was, and it was the first time I saw someone sympathize with me. The things she spoke breathed life into my soul; she inspired me to pursue remarking and gave me a purpose to strive for it. She never leaves my flat, forcing me to eat; I applied for remarking, cleared my papers, and was invited to return to my regular class; all of this is due to her. That, I assumed, was the end of our relationship. But that was the beginning of our relationship, and I never thought I'd meet someone who could entirely change my life. I told her things I'd never told anybody else, and she was completely absorbed and eager to learn more. I talked about my expectations for the future, as well as dreams that will never come true, ambitions that were never met, and the many disappointments that life has thrown at me.

When something amazing happens, I can't wait to tell her about it because I know she'll be as excited as I am. She is not ashamed to cry with me when I am in pain or to laugh with me when I am making a fool of myself. She has never made me feel insufficient, but rather encourages me and shows me aspects of myself that make me unique and even beautiful. When she's there, there's never any pressure, envy, or competition; instead, there's only a serene calmness. Laughter now appears to be a regular aspect of my life, whereas it was previously sporadic or non-existent. A phone call or two during the day helps me get through a tough day and always puts a smile on my face.

In her presence, there's no need for continuous conversation, yet I'm satisfied just to have her close by. Things that had never piqued my interest before become fascinating now that I realize how significant they are to her. I think of her whenever I have free time, and she has been the only person with whom I have been able to read comfortably for the past two years. She opened her heart knowing full well that it might be broken one day, and in doing so, I experienced true love that I had never known from my parents and joy that I had never imagined possible.

In Conclusion I've discovered that being with her is the only way for my heart to experience actual pleasure that is so real. I take comfort in knowing that I have a true friend who honestly cares for me, not a soul mate because we haven't predicted love for each other, but let us be loyal friends to the end, and my sole hope and security is knowing that she is a part of my life."
