Lo mejor que hizo Dios en la tierra fue “La mujer” nosotras valemos oro y jamás permitamos que nadie nos diga lo contrario.     A las mujeres nos encanta que nos consientan, que nos presten atención, que nos den obsequios de vez en cuando, así sea una cosa sencilla eso nos hace muy feliz. Sintiendo todo esto en mi corazón hoy vengo dispuesta a mostrarles con profundo orgullo este espejo que hice decorado con flores hechas con material reciclado para participar en el concurso de la comunidad @Steemwomensclub, con esto quiero brindar un pequeño homenaje a todas las mujeres de Steemit y en cada flor les envió los mejores deseos cargados de AMOR, salud, prosperidad, alegría y paz interior.

We women love to be pampered, to be paid attention to, to be given gifts from time to time, even if it is a simple thing that makes us very happy. Feeling all this in my heart today I come ready to show you with deep pride this mirror that I made decorated with flowers made with recycled material to participate in the contest of the community @Steemwomensclub, with this I want to pay a small tribute to all the women of Steemit and in each flower I send them the best wishes full of LOVE, health, prosperity, joy and inner peace.

    Lo primero que vamos hacer es cortar la forma de las flores, como ven en la imagen cada base de un huevo se cortan 4 pétalos, para realizar una flor grande de necesitas 3 formas.Cuando ya tenemos todas cortadas le doblamos con mucho cuidado los pétalos, te puedes ayudar con un lápiz para dar forma. Luego vamos a unir con abundante silicón y dejamos secar.

The first thing we are going to do is to cut the shape of the flowers, as you see in the image each base of an egg is cut 4 petals, to make a large flower you need 3 shapes. When you have all the shapes cut, carefully fold the petals, you can help with a pencil to give shape. Then we are going to join them with abundant silicone and let them dry.

    Para pintar las flores vamos a preparar una acuarela con pinturas al frio, yo utilicé un rosado con fucsia para dar una tonalidad guayaba que me encanta. Con un pincel vamos bañando toda la flor y debes ir colocándolas sobre otro cartón de huevos para que se seque y no pierda la forma, puedes repetir el proceso según el color que quieras obtener.

To paint the flowers we are going to prepare a watercolor with cold paints, I used a pink with fuchsia to give a guava tone that I love. With a brush we are going to bathe the whole flower and you must place them on another egg carton to dry and not lose the shape, you can repeat the process according to the color you want to get.

    En mi caso utilicé las bases de la nevera para secar las flores ya que había utilizado todos los cartones de huevo que tenía en casa.

In my case I used the bases of the refrigerator to dry the flowers since I had used all the egg cartons I had at home.

    Para secar más rápido te puedes ayudar con el ventilador o el secador de cabello; asegúrate que estén bien secas ya que luego debes volver a darle forma a las flores antes de pegar al espejo.

To dry faster you can help with the fan or the hair dryer; make sure they are well dry because then you must reshape the flowers before gluing them to the mirror.

    Por ultimo acomodamos todas las flores y las vamos pegando con silicón frio, dejamos secar y si gustas puedes retocar la pintura en algunos puntos con mucho cuidado.

Finally we arrange all the flowers and glue them with cold silicone, let them dry and if you like you can touch up the paint in some points very carefully.

    Como ven es un proceso fácil, sin muchos materiales. Así que te invito a realizarlo para ti o para algún ser querido. Con este tipo de flor puedes decorar cualquier cosa, también puedes hacer portarretratos y muchas cosas más.

As you can see it is an easy process, without many materials. So I invite you to make it for you or for a loved one. With this type of flower you can decorate anything, you can also make picture frames and many other things.

    Cuando hago estas flores la gente no puede creer que sean hechas de un producto tan conocido y utilizado en nuestra cocina como lo son los cartones de huevo que como siempre van a la basura. Si supieran la cantidad de cosas que se pueden hacer con este material, no solo cosas también se produce el papel maché, si hace una masa con pega blanca para hacer artesanías y hasta sirve para espantar los sancudos cuando vamos al campo o la playa. Yo siempre los guardo y les doy mucho uso.

When I make these flowers people can not believe that they are made from a product as well known and used in our kitchen as are the egg cartons that as always go to the trash. If they only knew the amount of things that can be made with this material, not only things but also paper mache, if you make a dough with white glue to make crafts and even serves to scare away the "sancudos" when we go to the countryside or the beach. I always keep them and give them a lot of use.

    Este espejo lo he realizado para regalárselo a mi amiga Aracelis en representación de cada una de ustedes. Aracelis es mi amiga desde hace 5 años aproximadamente, recuerdo que la conocí en medio de aquellas colas infernales que se hacían aquí en Venezuela para conseguir la comida para nuestros hijos. Fueron muchos días donde nos dábamos ánimo la una a la otra para seguir adelante y no decaer ante tantas adversidades. Desde entonces cultivamos una amistad hermosa, hemos compartido muchas aventuras junto a nuestros hijos. En verdad la quiero mucho y para ella mi amor y mi amistad. Gracias Aracelis por tu amistad sincera.

I have made this mirror as a gift to my friend Aracelis on behalf of each one of you. Aracelis has been my friend for about 5 years, I remember that I met her in the middle of those hellish queues that were made here in Venezuela to get food for our children. There were many days where we encouraged each other to keep going and not to give up in the face of so many adversities. Since then we have cultivated a beautiful friendship, we have shared many adventures with our children. I truly love her very much and for her my love and friendship. Thank you Aracelis for your sincere friendship.
