En mi experiencia, siendo una persona de cabello rebelde he probado muchas cosas naturales y químicas para bajar la onda del mismo y mantenerlo cuidado. Hace unos meses mi peluquera de ya muchos años me dio este secreto: Baba de Tuna España, y hoy quiero compartirlos con ustedes.
La tuna que utilizaremos es una sin espinas, la misma posee propiedades que ayudan al crecimiento, fortalecimiento y alisamiento del cabello. Además es un máximo hidratante tanto para el cabello como para el cuero cabelluda. Diría que los verdaderos cambios se ven con el tiempo, como en mi caso, yo tengo desde junio de 2020 aplicándomela. ¿Cómo se aplica? Con el cabello sucio, lo aplicamos, lo dejamos unos 20 minutos y luego lo lavamos como de costumbre.
¿Qué se necesita?
• 3 Tunas.
• Un rallador.
• Un envase.
• 200ml de agua.
• Un envase viejo de champú.
In my experience, being a person with unruly hair I have tried many natural and chemical things to lower the wave of my hair and keep it cared for. A few months ago my hairdresser of many years gave me this secret: Baba de Tuna España, and today I want to share it with you.
The prickle that we will use is one without thorns, it has properties that help the growth, strengthening and smoothing of the hair. It is also a maximum moisturizer for both hair and scalp. I would say that the real changes are seen over time, as in my case, I have been applying it since June 2020. How do you apply it? With dirty hair, we apply it, leave it for about 20 minutes and then wash it as usual.
What do you need?
- 3 Tunas.
- A grater.
- A container.
- 200ml of water.
- An old shampoo bottle.
¿Cómo se prepara?
• Lo primero es encontrar la especie de tuna que ven en la foto, ya que no tiene espinas y no dañara nuestras manos.
How to prepare it?
- The first thing is to find the species of prickly pear you see in the photo, as it has no thorns and will not harm our hands.
• El próximo paso es buscar un envase y el rallador, que por cierto tengo este solamente para esta función. Al momento de rayar se verá la baba saliendo y quedara como en pedazos.
- The next step is to find a container and the grater, which by the way I have this one just for this function. At the moment of grating you will see the slime coming out and it will be in pieces.
• Luego procedemos a agregar agua y batir.
- Then we proceed to add water and whisk.
• Nos quedara baba con pedazos de la concha.
- We will be left with slime with pieces of the shell.
• Para eliminar esos pedazos, debemos colarla, cuando colamos queda solo la baba.
- To eliminate these pieces, we must strain it, when we strain it, only the slime remains.
• Un tip para sacar toda la baba es apretar contra el colador.

• Al final de todo el proceso nos quedará como en las fotos.

• Para controlar más la aplicación tome un envase de champú y lo lave muy bien para vaciarlo ahí.

• De esta forma supe que con 3 tunas saque 400ml.

¿Cómo se aplica?
Para esta explicación traje a mi mami como modelo, yo estuve haciendo todos los pasos que mencionare pero por la baba no iba a poder tomar las fotos, así que convencí a mi mamá para que me ayudara.
• El cabello debe estar sucio y próximo a lavarse, así que hacemos una división.
How to apply it?
For this explanation I brought my mommy as a model, I was doing all the steps that I will mention but because of the drool I was not going to be able to take the pictures, so I convinced my mom to help me.
- The hair must be dirty and about to be washed, so we do a parting.
• Sacamos un poco de baba del envase, con cuidado de no derramarla.
- We remove some of the slime from the container, being careful not to spill it.
• Aplicamos en la raíz y con las manos lo llevamos hasta las puntas.
- Apply at the roots and work through to the ends with your hands.
• Hacemos esto en pequeños mechones, cuando hayamos terminado una parte se verá así.
- We do this in small strands, when we have finished one part it will look like this.
• Al terminar debemos dejarlo de 20 a 30 minutos. Luego se saca con champú de su preferencia, y si desean hidratar adicional con un acondicionador.
• El siguiente paso es opcional: planchar el cabello, yo estuve haciéndolo con mi mamá y así se veía el brillo desde los primeros mechones.
At the end we must leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Then remove it with shampoo of your choice, and if you want to moisturize additionally with a conditioner.
The next step is optional: iron the hair, I was doing it with my mom and the shine was visible from the first strands.
• Así de liso y brilloso le quedo. Es importante resaltar que mi mama tiene mechas por lo cual su cabello paso por un decolorante, lo cual sabemos es agresivo para el cabello, pero aplicando dese hace meses esta receta ha visto inmensas mejorías.
- This is how smooth and shiny it is. It is important to point out that my mother has highlights so her hair has been bleached, which we know is aggressive for the hair, but by applying this recipe months ago she has seen immense improvements.
Al final yo también me planché el cabello y estuve convenciendo a mi mama para estas fotos.
