Personal development refers to actions aimed at enhancing one's abilities, potential, capabilities and improvements in one's self.
Personal development occurs whenever you make a conscious attempt to improve yourself. Personal development is crucial because it allows people to become the best versions of themselves, providing them the skills and confidence they need to manage any scenario.
Learning new things or personal development is not an age specific thing. Whenever you feel that you have to learn this new thing just start learning it similarly when you need to improve your self in any aspect just start working on yourself. If I looked at past few years I was a different person from now I'm. I have worked on me. I improve myself in so many aspects. Even Now If I do assessment of myself and I see something missing in my personality I start working on it. I want to discuss some few things here.

One of the most vital skills to have is communication. Throughout my education, I will need to enhance this talent on a regular basis. Because there are presentations, speeches, and debate competitions in the educational sector, I want to be an excellent communicator at all times. When I compare this skill to how it was a few years ago, it has greatly improved. I did a lot of things for this aim, one of which was watching English movies and seasons. They provide you with not only knowledge but also a decent speaking style and the ability to listen. Now I'm both a good listener and an excellent communicator.

Painting has always been my favourite pastime. However, one or two years ago, it was not as excellent as I would have liked. I worked on it in this manner.
- I follow a lot of Painting pages on social media and pay attention to what they do.
- I also watched thousands of YouTube lessons and attempted to duplicate them.
My progress was mostly due to my own desire and enthusiasm. As you can see in the images above, the problem has been solved.
Nobody knows themselves, their abilities, or their capabilities better than they do. So, I recommend that you conduct a thorough study of yourself first, and then choose which aspects of your personal development require more attention than others. For Example If you are not strong at reading, focus on increasing this skill through reading but don't start reading right away. Good articles and newspaper articles are the foundation for novels and sophisticated books. Make it a habit, and you'll notice a difference in yourself. That's it.
This is all from myside. Personal development is the only thing which you can improve by yourself
Yes someone can help you and guide you but alll the efforts are yours.
