The Diary Game: Jan. 19| Hand Sanitizers to Give Protection to Teachers who Work as Frontliners

Hello empowered women!!

Part of our everyday life as teachers we should always keep ourselves clean and safe from the virus. So today I am so happy to be able to receive some hand sanitizers from a generous sponsor. Before we were given vitamins and medicine. Honestly these things are a great help for us teachers since we have to face parents, students and guardians as we distribute modules and retrieve answer sheets.

Boxes of hand sanitizers were handed to us. We line up to receive our hand sanitizer. For me I think this is a great project since it is really useful specially at this time.

Excited teachers distribute and accept their share. Just now our city is under Alert Level 3 due to the threat of the coronavirus disease 2019’s (Covid-19) Omicron variant.

I hope there will be more people who are willing to share specially to front liners like us. This are simple acts but mean so much to us. We might sometimes be taken for granted since we work away from hospitals but being exposed to different people makes us at risk of the virus too.

But I am so proud for many of us who even get sick because of our work but still serves and give all our time to serve the Filipino children specially at this time.

Risky or not I will always serve my country and my fellowmen. To our future, our children I hope they will work hard in building their education the same as how we teachers work hard in their education.
