I've been busy for a long time. As you know, pregnancy was very shocking. But I'm better these days, thank God.

I want to tell you about the food I made last night.
I made a very nice potato pie and soup with yoghurt.

Potatoes and soup

After the rice is boiled a little, we add yogurt on it. We whisk an egg white, a little flour and oil into the yoghurt.

We stir until it boils, then we make mint sauce on it.

Then let's start rolling out the dough we kneaded.

My friends, my dough has risen very well. Some left, still rising 🤭
I'm starting to roll out the dough.

Now I'm starting to fill it with mashed potatoes.

Then I get it to cook in a granite pan...
After a while my food is ready.

I recommend it to everyone, they are very tasty.
