How can a woman cope with stress? @beautybb 19/9/21

Am happy once again to write this community of lovely and hard working women, it has a wonderful time being in this awesome community, my greatest regards goes to @ngoenyi and all capable members of this community.

Everyday women get stressed out because of many works to do at home, in some cases most women are emotionally stressed due to some circumstances they find themselves, while some are mentally stressed, in some circumstance the woman still do extra jobs outside the house work and all this this might lead to burnouts.

I personally get so tired and feel exhausted because of so many work, some times i will have to walk some miles before getting home, and if i get home i have so much works to do, and i believe many women face the same situation of house stress and work stress, the question is how can women cope with this daily stress.

Tips to deal with stress

  • First dictate when you are stressed.
  • Find time to rest and get some refreshments
  • Have a full night sleep.
  • Do things that make you happy, and easy up your stress, like playing video games, watching some TV program and any other thing that can make you happy.
  • Take care of your body by getting some food supplement like zinc that can help build the immune system and put it back to order.
  • Make sure you eat healthy food.

If it gets worse you can talk to someone, maybe a doctor or a close friend, discussing with someone when stressed help ease stress.

You can plan for a vacation, a little time just with people and things that makes you happy.

Conclusion

In as much as we are still living in Satans world, there must still be stress, and when we do not work on it, we might become depressed and that will be so bad, but we can deal with it with my above suggestions and also be happy with our family.
