This Is Why You Need To Eat Fruits

Eating lots of fruits lowers the risk of developing diseases.

Eating fruit every day lowers the risk of so many diseases,
The risk of developing heart disease and other health challenges.

Fruit makes you strong.

When you eat good fruits it tends to give you more energy because some fruits like mangoe contains vitamins..

Water content in fruit helps keep you hydrated...

being hydrated is one good way of reducing fats in the body, taking lots of water or fruits that contains lots of water helps you to reduce weight.20210719_230059.jpg

I made more research on google and I realize that

All fruit has antioxidants which combats free radicals..

Free radicals are nasty little unstable atoms that make us age faster, damage our healthy cells, and even cause cancer... now you know why people age very fast because the've not been taking enough fruits.

Fruit is high in fiber, which helps keep you fit and healthy..

Fruits helps reduce blood cholesterol level...now you know how to reduce cholesterol you can try it out..

Fruit is nutrient dense, and provide our bodies with vitamins and minerals..

Fruit helps in making your skin glow!

Eating fufu and rice everyday is likely not going to make your skin glow, most times what makes people's skin glow is because of what the take inside not what the apply outside their skin.

Fruit helps in food digestion...

Instead of buying "andrew liver salt" or "soda water" why not try buying fruit which is more natural and medicinal to your health...we have fruits like
Pawpaw, pineapple, banana, apple and strawberries, these fruits helps so well in food digestion..

Most of this fruits are not so costly, you can buy them from the road side or market square, even in your streets and stock your fridge, if you are good in eating fruits your kids or siblings will definitely learn from you, atleast when the open the fridge the next thing the will see is a fruit to eat ...fruit is a necessity in every human life...

Fruits are necessity in our everyday lives. I try not to go every week without at least having a fruit.
