Greeting to all beautiful friend. Hope that you all are fine and enjoying a great and healthy life. I am also fine Alhamdulillah. Today I want to share my point about health.

And I think that it is very important. So I want to share with my all dear friends

So Let's Started:

Cardamom

  • Cardamom is something that is present in kitchen in the every house. Cardamom is also used to get rid of bad breath and to cure respiratory problems.

  • Cardamom can also cure constipation. Take two to three cardamoms with lukewarm milk and also take daily. Then you can remove constipation. Cardamom can also be used to reduce diarrhea. If someone has diarrhea, they should use two cardamom with yogurt daily

  • Cardamom can also be used to control blood pressure. In this day and age, every other human being has the disease of blood pressure. If we want to control the blood pressure, we can control the blood pressure by grinding cardamom daily in the morning and using its powder well

  • Bad breath is a very bad habit if we talk to someone and they do not want to talk to us but the real reason is bad breath. If we use two to three cardamoms daily, we can get rid of bad breath

It can be used to control common diseases of these days

  • diarrhea.
  • constipation
  • Chest burning
  • Flu
  • Blood pressure.

Pepper:

Pepper is also considered the king of examples. There are many benefits of pepper, some of which I would like to tell you here. Pepper relieves stomach pain. Pepper improves digestion. Pepper helps lower cholesterol. Pepper keeps paralysis away and eliminates invisible disease at night. Pepper is very useful for cough and shortness of breath. Pepper cures heart disease and cholera. Pepper produces heat in the body. Strengthens muscles and improves the liver system

Dried coriander

Friends, I will tell you about a common thing lying in the kitchen, but it is not common. So we'll talk about dried coriander. Dried coriander is good for the heart . It strengthens the heart. Cholesterol can be completely eliminated through Dried coriander

Dried coriander is cool so using it can reduce stomach heat. Using dried coriander not only relieves stomach heat but also improves digestion

Dried coriander also helps to increase appetite. We have often notice that people always complain of burning sensation in their body or in their eyes. So with the use of dried coriander this irritation can be removed

Celery

Celery is commonly found in every home. And it can be used for food. Celery removes toxins from the body. Celery strengthens the liver. It contains calcium in high quantity. Celery has been shown to be excellent for keeping bones healthy and strong. Using celery will get rid of joint pain. Research has shown that using youth can prevent cancer. celery is great for mucus and colds. If you use celery, you will not get rid of the mucus that has accumulated in your chest. So with regular use of celery you can get rid of phlegm. Using celery kills stomach worms. People who have stomach ache should get rid of it by using celery water. Celery is also used to remove stones. If you use celery, it is very important for your brain and nerves

Dried ginger:

If it is used as a vegetable, we will say it, but if it is used as medicine we will say it dried ginger(sonth)

It can be used in multiple medicines. Some people usually get fiber in winter so it is very beneficial to eliminate it

Helps to increase appetite. Proven to be very beneficial in lowering cholesterol levels
