Recipe of Paneer(Cheese) Masala: Indian Style Food
Hi Dear friends . Hope you all will be fine at your places. Today I am going to share the Recipe of ** Paneer Masala** ( A north Indian dish, Panner means Cheese ) with you. Hope you would like it.
I am sharing the required ingredients with you . I have taken two big sized Onions, Two Green Chilly ,Garlic , A piece Ginger and big sized tomatoes. Keep the tomatoes aside and make a fine paste of rest of above listed items.
Now put a non stick pan on flame and add two table spoons of oil or ghee or olive oil to your pan. now its time to add some khada masalas to it. Add a some cumin seeds , whole black pepper, bay leaf and cinnamon.
After few seconds add the fine paste of onion, garlic and ginger etc. Now add a tea spoon of salt to it. Cook the material until the color of onion changes to golden.
When the color of onion changes to golden its time to add paste to tomatoes to it. mix it well and again cook it until the oil separates.
When oil separates add red chilly powder( kashmiri mirch)turmeric powder and coriander powder a pinch of fennel (saunf ) and three to four spoons of fresh cream. Mix it well and cook for a while.
Cook for 2-3minutes , add a glass of water to it and keep it on flame until 2-3 boils and keep on stirring.
After 2-3 boils now its time to add sliced Cheese ( paneer) to it. At this stage yo can add fresh cream also. cook it for a while and switch off the flame.
You can serve it with hot chapati or naan.
I hope you will like it. Thank You
