i would like to thanks this community to give us such amazing as well interesting tasks.i also thanks sir @cryptocraze who told me about this . i am so glad to join steemit ,this is very learning plateform. when guest comes to our house , this dish is mandatory inspite of other dishes and everyone likes it to eat.

today am sharing to all of you the easy recipe of beef curry which can be easily made with no much time .

so let's start guy'z!!!

Ingrediants of beef curry :

. beef = 1 and half kg

. tomato = 3

. green chilli = 7-8 pieces

. onion = 3( normal size)

. cooking oil = 1 and half cup

. red chili powder = 2 tea spoon

. salt = 2 tea spoon

. red chili flakes = 1 table spoon

. tumeric powder =1 quarter spoon

. crushed dried coriander = 1 quarter spoon

. zira = 1 quarter spoon

. crushed hot spice = half tea spoon

. potato = 1 kg

. ginger garlic paste = 1 table spoon

The method of preparation :

first of all take beef ,salt , red chilli powder , ginger garlic paste , onion , half glass water , red chilli flakes, tomato , green chilli in pressure cooker. weight the pressure cooker for only 10 mintues over medium heat.

after 10 mintues , open the pressure cooker and dry the water over high heat .
now add oil and fry upto 15 mintues until the meat is well melted.

now add potato and fry it.

now again weight the pressure cooker for almost 5 mintues .
yeah yummy curry is ready now .

not cut the coriander and green chilli . take out curry in a bowl .sprinke the green chilli and coriander on it then serves the guest. i try my best to understand every step of it .i hope you will like my effort and encourage me.
