How to make healthy pineapple and ginger drink by ammyy

Hello beautiful women.
Today I will be giving a tutorial on how to make pineapple and ginger refreshing drink and the importance of the ingredients.

First of all let's get to know the ingredients involved:

~pineapple
~turmeric
~ginger
~lemon

1.pineapple: pineapple is a rich source of vitamin c. It contains a nutrient called bromelin which helps to reduce inflammation and improve digestion.

2.turmeric: turmeric improve blood circulation and aid digestion. It also provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidants benefits.

3.ginger: ginger provides anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and antibacterial benefits also helps to relive congestion and aid digestion.

4.lemon: lemon comes with rich vitamins, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidants and minerals properties.

PROCEDURE:
1.cut your pineapple into chunk size and put inside the blender.

2.chop your ginger into small size and add into the blender.

3.chop your turmeric into small size and add into the blender.

4.cut your lemon and squeeze the water into the blender. Be careful of the seeds .

5.add a little water to help with the blending and blend till it's fully combined.

6.pour the mixture into a cheese cloth sieve and drain.

7.Use the back of the spoon to drain the excess liquid.

8.Transfer a little pot to medium heat, pour the mixture into the pot and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

9.Drain the liquid again into the cheese cotton sieve.

10.This is the pineapple and ginger drink.

11.Pour the drink in your favorite glass.

12.garnish with a slice of pineapple (optional).

Your refreshing healthy pineapple and ginger drink is ready .
