Hello girls from Steemit. I'm so glad to start sharing my first post in this amazing community for women. I'm sure over here we will be sharing such great contents for the care of our beauty. So, here you are my oatmeal's natural mask.👍🏼

This ingredient is easy to get it in every market, not just for a nutritious food that brings several elements like antioxidants, zinc, magnesium, etcétera. It's also good for the heart's health and avoid those kind of diseases, moreover of a great absorption's capacity of water and fat. So this is perfect for greasy skins like mine.😁

✅In first place, it's very ceremonial for every woman to wash the face with a neutral soap at the mornings and before to apply a mask. On the other way it's impossible for the mask to provide a satisfactory effect if the skin isn't clean enough, so it must be like that.

✅Next, it's time to mix 3 tablespoons of oatmeal with 1/4 cup of water for my greasy case. For dry skins, you can replace water with milk. Then, let oatmeal to absorb water for few minutes, 10 more or less.

✅Now I'll be applying it in the form of a * T * because my face is a mixture of dry and greasy skin in fact. I use to have a bright one in my nose and forehead.

✅After waiting at least 20-30 minutes (maybe you'll be feeling a stress over your skin because the absorbing action of oatmeal), the face is washed with enough water and finally you can dry it with a towel.

And ta da!!! A nice and clean face thanks to a natural and cheap oat mask that you can prepare twice a week for getting excellent results. Thanks for reading. 🤓
