SteemWomen Club || "Hearty Meal with My Cheezy Shrimp Recipe"
Cheers to good food and to good heart!
A bountiful day to all steemians! It is great to see shared post in this community on how they cook tasty and nutritious food.
Today, I am going to share my own version in cooking shrimp. Based on research, the right amount of eating shrimp gives a variety of health benefits because it promotes healthy heart and brain. While eating cheese with proper amount each meal also improves bone health and decrease the risk of heart disease since it is rich in calcium, fat, and protein. This directed me to share on how I cook shrimp and prepared it for my family.
This is how I prepared cheezy shrimp and here are the ingredients I used.
1/2 kilograms of shrimp
1 medium size cabbage
1/8 kilograms of mayonnaise
cheese approximately 80 grams
1 onion
2 bell pepper
1/2 garlic
3 calamansi
fish sauce (patis)
vinegar
4 teaspoons edible oil
The cooking process:
First prepare all the ingredients, wash and clean the shrimp.
Slice the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and the cabbage.
Make sure you have washed the bell pepper and the cabbage. Then place the sliced ingredients on separate plates.
Marinate the shrimp using vinegar, fish sauce, and calamansi. Take out the calamansi seeds before sprinkling it into the shrimp.
Mix all the sliced ingredients such as garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Leave it for three minutes.
Then prepare the frying pan and put all the mixed ingredients.
Let it cook for 10 minutes in a medium heat.
After 10 minutes, add 4 teaspoons of edible oil.
Add the grated cheese, mayonnaise, and the sliced cabbage.
Mix it slowly and cook it in a low heat for 1 minute.
And that's it! Cheezy shrimp is ready to be served.
Transfer it to the serving plate.
Hope you enjoy food lovers!
