@oppongk @njaywan - rather concerned that we are not seeing much activity from you in the Steem Ghana community.
The large majority of posts have no comments.
There doesn't appear to be much encouragement from you to new members etc.
We would like to see a comment / vote from one of the Country Reps on all posts in your community.
You should also be verifying posts and helping people to improve.
We are happy to support Steem Ghana but we need to see more development and activity - especially from you as Country Reps.

Thank you very much for the feedback Sir, I would get together with my fellow country representatives on how best we can increase activity and community engagement, new members verification and encouragement would also be worked on and we are going to make sure that the steem-ghana account is able to support members too in terms of curation. Contest engagement too would be increased hopefully we can get more community members participation and leaders to come up with more great ideas
Alright @steemcurator01, we will surely heed to your directives.
We will be doing our best to also improve upon the engagement level of our community by commenting on posts as well. I am sure the three of us can assist in that regard.
We have been checking up with the community members on voice chat on a weekly basis providing them with relevant guidance and updates. Newcomer's achievement post tasks are also being worked on and I would be sure to verify when it is the turn of african curators.
We would be coming up with more activities within the community and would deliberate on more effective ways to improve ourselves.

Thanks for the reminder @steemcurator01. It's true that most posts are normally not captured with comments as the 2 reps now we are 3 reps that means we need to engage more post as many as possible. From now, I will be working hard to capture as many post to motivate members, more especially our Newbies.

that is a very good warning to the head of the community who has their respective duties and obligations and this is my experience when leading the community one day.
