Contest!, Contest!!, Contest!!,: What can be done by leaders to sustain the current active members.By @salifumohammed.

Hello everyone in this community @steem-ghana and other communities on the STEEMIT platform.How is everybody doing?,I hope everybody is doing well, alhamdulillah. It's yet another great contest organized by our noble leaders.I am very pleased to take part in this great contest organized by @kookd and @oppongk for their efforts for bringing out this great contest. And I come your way today to share with you my experience about the contest. And I wish you a happy reading.

In every organization or when there are two or more persons,there should be a a person who is to lead the rest. And regarding to our leaders,I think they are trying all their possible best to make things better and easier for us.

First of all,we ask our selves, who a leader is.
A leader is a person whom people fellow. And a good leader encourages his or her fellowers a clear vision with ambition to succeed. A leader encourages the team to perform all the time in other to achieve their target objective or goals.

Some words that describe leadership;a good leader motivates, inspired, influential.

A good leader should be able to motivate his or her team members in a way of praising them, giving them material things in order to motivate them to work extra hard to achieve their target.
So with this point,I think our leaders should motivate us in a way to keep us active in the community always.And they should always try to respond to their members all the time.

Influential;Our leaders should also try to influence us,

The leaders should help build others strength; The leaders should be able to recognize quickly the skill of others.They should also seek out the wisdom of the members and always acknowledge their value. They should get to know their members and what motivate them.

The members should also know their strengths; Everyone should be able to their strengths are, that will make good use of them by taking on tasks that showcase their knowledge.

What leaders should do to bring in new members who will stay active and to old members who are not active to also stay active.

*Leaders should organized contest with much rewards for those who invites new members to the community.
*Leaders should also try to encourage members always and telling them the benefits of being active all the time.
*Leaders should also try to do all possible things to motivate members who are already in the community.
*Leaders should also try to bring in contest regularly.
*Leaders should also motivate members who are already in the community to keep on steeming.
*There should be a package for members who are always active once a while.

I think with all this points,it will ginger old members in the community and also to encourage them to bring in new members.
Also, regarding to old members who are not always active,some people are busy with different things,so getting the needed time is difficult for them.So I suggest that,our leaders should find a way for them to try and be active at least a couple of hours, even if they will not be posting but they should go through others works.I think that one too can also motivate them to always be active.
