Depression

Have you ever felt unconscious of every good effort made in your life, by your self or people around you? The questions you ask yourself when things go sideways, it’s irrelevant to the times you spent being happy. The overthinking sets in with great pain much more than one with injury. You can feel hopeless even if you have everyone around you giving you the attention. You might ask, what causes all these? And why must it happen to me? Oops you not the first person who felt this way. Some committed suicide and others went crazy. They say we in a free world, but doesn’t seem so to me. Everyone is entitled to deal with time. There is time for everything to occur. But sometimes we need to find the root of the problems.

Oh but could it be that you lost someone dear to your heart, possibly you couldn’t finish an important task. Maybe you couldn’t find a bug to your code, possibly you lost in a competition. It doesn’t really matter what caused it. Depression is only one thing. A mind game. Your thoughts and emotions clinging together. Not matter the situation, it’s not over only if you say so.

You might be wondering when all your pain and misery would end. Instead find the situation as a breakthrough to your lifetime solution. You might be wanting to be a warrior but if you don’t meet an enemy army you wouldn’t know your potential. You might want to have control over every situation but if you don’t meet that person that gets on your nerve, how would you know you are able to stand.

When you see your problems as infinite solutions everything becomes simple, only the part that you first have to know.
