My Favorite Holiday Spot!😇

Holidays?😍...The things I love to see and hear. There are many dazzling and wonderful attractive spots in Accra, Ghana but my favorite spot is the University of Ghana Botanical Gardens and pool.

This spot is located on the East Legon- Madina stretch. With its cool weather, lushly greens, and well-preserved modernized environment, the Legon Botanical Gardens/pool is certainly the perfect get-away location where both foreigners and locals spend their relaxation holidays.

In hindsight, from a small stop station, the gardens have developed into a very popular resort.

Legon Gardens is famous for its cool and temperate climate plateau escape spot from the sweltering heat. Moreover, with its picturesque view of the surroundings, which is really filled with beautiful flowers and trees, it's simply breathtaking.

Besides this, there's a newly developed nine-hole golf course for golf lovers. Agro-tourism is also another activity that draws visitors from every cranny and nook, where one can spend his/her time visiting plantation farms. Because of the cool weather, various trees and flowers are able to grow.

I personally like swimming so my favorite spot in the gardens is the swimming pool yard. This is a modern and Olympic swimming pool with a depth of 2ft to 32ft. One of the biggest and largest in the country.

I visited this amazing garden with some friends. Spending times like these with loved ones and close ones is such a great feeling. We took part in various activities. We went canopy walking and boat riding. This got everyone involved.

The exciting part was the food and "jama" time. Holidays without food don't add up.

On a fine day, one can have a lot of fun. Legon Botanical gardens is indeed the most favorable holiday destination in Accra. With its cool fresh air, it's surely the most suitable place for tourists to retreat temporarily from the busy life and pollution of the city.

What's your excuse for not going out to have fun? Is it money or because of your busy schedule? If it's money, you have nothing to worry about since going to this beautiful garden won't really cost you. With a cool 30 cedis, you can get access and have fun. Take this opportunity and I assure you, you won't ever regret going to the Legon Gardens to have fun.
