CONTEST TIME : Tell Us What You Think Can Help Leadership And Give Strength And Energy To Community Business by @osiola.
hello everyone.
the beginning of everything is hard but becomes sweeter when you don’t give up on the thing you are working on and I will like to thank @steem-ghana for giving us this contest.
Steem Ghana is a great community in the steemit platform and they are doing a lot for it users and I like the fact they are trying to help their users and I am very proud to be part of steem ghana community member.
I know the community is trying its best but they are still a lot of area they still have to tackle with and they need to do to attract people to join this community.
tell us what you think can help leadership and give strength and energy to community business
the country reps of the steem Ghana community should try and do that because when other users see their colleagues getting support from the steem Ghana community every time as a result of they are making quality post and it will motivate the other users in the community to also try their best and create a quality post and it will keep the community active with good content created by the community users and the users will
Be getting support for the curators.
Contest makes a community active because every user on the steemit platform will want to participate in the contest to earn a rewards and so the community reps of steem Ghana community should organize contests for the community every week at least once or twice and this is the best way to keep the community busy and so the country reps should look at this, it will help the community.
When each user is participating in the contests the community has created a payout percent for each users in the community and those who are not in the community will also participate in the contest with the aim that they want to win the contest and so they should make sure that each user who is going to participate in the contest to set their beneficiaries to 30% this will helps the community to grow.
Most of the users like creating content but they want others to vote for them and comment on their posts, so once they make it compulsory them, that if you don’t vote or comment on the post in this community you won’t get support from the community the user will start to vote or comment on each other work.
Most of the newbies when they first created their account and they showed them how to write their achievements 1 task and they post up to ten content without getting support from the community they posting they will give up and at least once a week or two weeks they should try and give the newbie small support to keep them active in the community and the steemit platform as well and when they are getting support like that they will also invite their friends to join and the country reps should also tell their users to stop copying someone work or else they will kick them out of the community.
I hope made the right decisions for the growth of the community and I hope the country rep for this community will take my points and which will help this community to grow more than the other community.
I will like to invite @rubilu123 @chenty @tymestwo77 to participate in this contest.

Well said. I have introduced several people onto this platform and they all left a week after because of lack of support from curators.
That’s a nice submission and I think you’ve mentioned all that is needed to help leadership. I also like the introduction to your post, the main concept is to never give up in what ever you do.
Indeed you have said a whole lot here. I hope you are also willing to support us as well.
I so much love this point and we wouldn't forget about it friend.
I wish you well in the contest. Keep powering up as well. Steem on!
😄🎉🎉
Thank you for sharing with us friend. Try to engage in alot of activities on the platform. Your view points are well noted. Thank you for sharing with us. We wish you well. Steem on!
🇬🇭
You have listed some great points here that will help increase the activities of the community and make us great on the platform. Wishing you the very best in the contest.
Making it compulsory would be too rigid. I think the best thing is to encourage the members to do it rather than making it compulsory. Thank you for sharing
Wow! @osiola, you have really laid the cat out of the bag, plagiarism is very dangerous, they should know it and try to abide by the steemit rule that is against it. You have said it all, thanks for participating.
You have written perfectly well sir. Your opinions and advice are clear, and i believe if things can go the way you stated, this community will grow in many dimension
Conclusion: Thanks so much for writing and participating in this great contest organized by @juskid in the Steem Ghana community. I really liked your points especially with respect to the part where you mentioned about organizing contest weekly and also motivating members by rewarding them with votes. Keep it up, Steem on.
Thank you so much.
